Fred Branson

Fred Branson is the newest member of The Accurso Law Firm, having joined in early 2020. Prior to his arrival at the firm, Mr. Branson spent the last decade working for a well-known Missouri bad faith attorney. During his 10 years of experience, Mr. Branson handled all aspects of litigation and trial preparation in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has extensive experience working cases up to maximum value as well as recognizing improper claims handling and obtaining extra contractual payments in those unique scenarios. Identifying potential bad faith claims handling and refusal to timely settle have been core components of Mr. Branson’s legal training and experience. Fred Branson is on a first name basis with a majority of insurance defense attorneys in Kansas City who specialize in excess exposure and bad faith defense. Clients seeking to maximize their recovery need an attorney who is familiar with effectively surpassing the stated insurance policy limits in certain situations.
